Your hotel provides a unique QR code that unlocks all the tours and content for your destination. You can find the QR code at the front desk or in your hotel room. Simply scan it with your phone's camera and you'll be taken directly into the app with full access to your hotel's tours and guides.
Destination Tours is available on both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play — links are available on our homepage. Once installed, scan your hotel's QR code to unlock all the tours and content for your destination.
Scanning your hotel's QR code gives you access to self-guided walking tours for the city, a local insider's guide with recommendations, and your hotel's page with address, phone number, amenities, and any current promotional offers.
Each tour guides you through a curated route with points of interest, historical context, and local tips. Just open a tour, follow the map at your own pace, and tap on each stop along the way for details. There's no schedule or group to keep up with — explore whenever and however you like.
From the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, submit a support ticket below.
Tour access is tied to your hotel stay. Once your visit ends, access may expire depending on your hotel's arrangement. If you'd like to continue exploring, reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.
Make sure your phone's camera is focused clearly on the QR code and that you have an internet connection. If it still doesn't work, try opening your phone's camera app directly rather than a third-party scanner. You can also ask the front desk for a fresh code or contact our support team for assistance.
We're actively working on adding multi-language support. Currently the app is available in English. If you have specific language needs, let us know through the support form below — your feedback helps us prioritize which languages to add next.
