You can request deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time — whether it comes from the Destination Tours app, the Destination Hunts app, or destinationtours.com. Provide your details in the form below and we'll process your request within 30 days, then send confirmation when it's complete.
For Destination Hunts, a deletion request covers the data connected to your event participation, including your display name and team membership, challenge photo and video submissions, challenge answers, and team chat messages. Since playing doesn't require an account, include the event name (and your team and display name if you remember them) so we can locate your records.
If you'd rather email us directly, write to support@destinationtours.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account — or, for Destination Hunts, the event, team, and display name you played under.
